Final Sale Items :
- All seconds, clear-outs, and discontinued items are sold as is and are considered final sale.
- These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Products :
- For quality and safety reasons, the following products are not returnable:
- Setting materials (such as grout, thinset, adhesives, sealers, and accessories)
- Special order or non-stock items
Eligible Returns :
- We accept returns on eligible stock items under the following conditions:
- A 30% restocking fee applies.
- Items must be in full, unopened boxes and returned within 15 days of purchase.
- All materials should be inspected for defects before installation, as no claims can be made after installation.
Natural Stone Disclaimer :
- Please note that natural stone is a product of nature and may include small cracks, fissures, voids, or color variations. These are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
- Differences in surface pattern, texture, and color are natural features that make each stone unique.
Countertop Orders :
- A 50% deposit is required before scheduling templating.
- The final payment must be completed at least 48 hours before installation.
